The web form has 2 sections: 1) Departure Information - asking for departure time 2) Landing Information - asking for landing time Pls. be advised that each flight (inbound and outbound) would have a departure time and landing time. As an example, an inbound flight to New York would have its own departure and landing times. Similarly, an outbound flight from New York would also have its own departure and landing times.
